- The guys you're trying to beat
- The guys you can benefit from

Competition is no longer limited to the property down the street that is matching your rates dollar for dollar. In the wired world today, you're competing with several properties in different arenas. You're fighting to retain your old customer who is now shopping for rates on Expedia and you're fighting for the business of the customer who previously stayed with another similar property.
